As part of my ongoing partnership Grandad Skateboards, I recently worked to produce a limited run of double-sided skateboards with my artwork on! Really happy with how they ended up coming out. B)
In the near future, a similar design to be this will be available to buy. However, this version will instead be screen-printed instead of using a digital print. I'm looking forward to it!
2 weeks ago now I exhibited at MCM Comic Con London! It had been a couple of years since I had had a table at a convention so nerves were high regarding how popular my art would be. However, the skateboards were a great draw and something I truly enjoyed designing too.
I should really find a better way of making stickers than just cutting them out with an exacto-knife, my hand always screams for an end to it's misery by the time I'm finished.
As always when it comes to my con appearances, my most popular item was my zombie commission - in which, as you may have guessed, I would draw someone as a zombie. As a result of this, I would essentially be drawing the entire day from show open to close. I ended up doing nearly 20 of these over the course of the three days, so didn't really have any time do look around the con myself .T_T
Overall though, this was by far my most successful con appearance by a large margin, and I thank anyone who game by and bought something! B)
